Ashe County Playground

In 2023, Ashe County attained a beautiful 180 acre wooded parcel adjacent to the existing Ashe County Park. To maintain as natural a setting as possible, while still providing recreation access, the county cleared for a modest road and parking lot, constructed a beautiful rustic pavilion, and brought us in to design and build a playground. While small, this playground offers a double decker octagonal play structure with a slide and a Zeke Bridge, as well as a two bay swing set - both of which, of course, showcase the beauty of black locust.
